When Reebok featured Terry Tate as the Office Linebacker, I didn't think much about it until I started working on my master's degree. Well last night in class a group project that was discussing change and how resistant we are to change did a skit and we watched the Terry Tate training video. It was awesome! So watch the video below, it is about 4 minutes. It will show you some "aggressive" tactics when it comes to incorporating change into the workplace.
